[ICEP-ITA 2024] Call for Papers Important Dates and Submission Process

We are pleased to announce the call for papers for the ICEP-ITA 2024, International Conference on Electro-Physics & Application, to be held in Uzbekistan. Please carefully review the important dates and submission process outlined below:

1. Abstract submission deadline: May 13, 2024 May 27, 2024

   (Abstract submission system will close by June 2, 2024. You can submit your abstract by June 2, 2024)

   * Please note that in this context, "Conference Paper" refers to the abstract.

2. Notification of Abstract Acceptance: May 24, 2024 June 7, 2024

   * Authors will be notified of the acceptance of their Abstract via email by the date specified.

3. Slideshow file submission deadline: June 10, 2024 June 17, 2024
   • Only applicable for online Oral presenters
   • Slideshow files should be in PowerPoint format and include audio (only MPEG-4 file format is supported)
   • Please refer to the following website to learn how to create a presentation file in mpeg-4 format.

4. Prepare a Full Paper
   • Authors who wish to publish their papers in the proceedings of this conference are required to upload their full papers by June 20, 2024 June 28, 2024.
   • Full papers should be submitted in English using the ICEP-ITA 2024 format, which can be downloaded from the following template link.
   • The length of the manuscript should be between 2 and 5 pages.
   • The format and contents will be checked by following a suitable selection process. Finally, all selected papers will be published as conference proceedings.
   • Conference proceedings will be available for download from this website within two weeks after the conference.

The authors of selected best papers in the conference will be recommended to the following journals.
